Founding Moms

Founding Moms pre-sale

When you claim a founding spot on our homepage we store your first name, email, your baby's stage (Expecting, Newborn, 1–6 months or 6+ months), your current diaper size and, only if you add it, your mobile phone. We do not ask for due dates, birth dates, your child's name or other pregnancy or health details. To hold your spot we ask for a fully refundable $20 deposit; we record only whether the deposit is pending or paid, and we never store card details. Card payments, once switched on, are handled by our payment provider.

We use these details to reserve your spot, plan the first production run and sizes, and contact you about the program. The permission you give reads: “I agree to receive emails about the Beamama Founding Moms program, launch updates and my reserved spot. If I add my phone, I agree to program texts (msg & data rates may apply, reply STOP to end).” (version founding-moms-2026-11-01-v1). Texts are sent only if you added a phone number; reply STOP to end them.

Founding signups are kept in the same private list as Early Birds, accessible only to the Beamama team through our private database. You can release your spot and delete your details anytime with the private code shown after you join, on our removal page.

Beamama Creator Circle

Creator Circle applications

This section covers applications made on our Creator Circle page. It is separate from Early Birds: applying never adds you to Early Birds, and Early Birds signups are not affected by Creator Circle removal.

What we collect and why

We require your name, email, content type(s), a short note on why Beamama feels like a fit, at least one public Instagram, TikTok or portfolio reference, confirmation that you are 18 or older, and your permission to be contacted about your application. City/state and an approximate audience range are optional; audience size is never required or used to rank applications. We also record limited campaign tags from the page address, when you applied and the exact version and wording of each permission. We use this to review applications by hand and, if there's a fit, to contact you by email about a possible collaboration. We store profile links as text and don't visit them automatically. We don't send a confirmation email. Please don't include children's details, pregnancy or medical information or other sensitive details.

Storage, review and access

Applications are stored privately in Beamama's Lovable Cloud database, accessible only through authorized owner tools and restricted server actions. Visitors and ordinary signed-in accounts cannot browse or export them. The Beamama team reviews each application manually and records a review status; there's no automated ranking or contact. We keep your application until you withdraw it. Temporary hashed abuse-prevention records expire after one hour and are removed during subsequent cleanup. If you apply again with the same email, your original application, permissions and removal code are kept unchanged.

Withdraw your application

After applying, save the private removal code from the success message (it's also kept in this browser's storage when available). Use it on the Creator Circle removal page to delete your application and its email choice. Only the code from your original application works, and the page shows the same message whether or not a match exists. If you lose both your browser storage and the saved code, this automated method cannot verify you.
