Beamama Founding Testers
100 moms will choose the diaper. 500 will found the brand.
Beamama is a premium TCF diaper, launching early 2027. Before we sell a single box, 100 moms will blind-test our two finalist factories — and pick the winner.
Apply to TestI'm Elton. My wife Rosi and I are expecting a baby — and like every parent, I started reading diaper labels. What I found bothered me: beautiful marketing, and almost no proof. Brands print 'pure' and 'clean' on the box, but almost none of them will show you the documents behind the words. So I did the thing I couldn't stop thinking about: I flew to China to audit the factories myself.
For two weeks I've walked production lines, read pulp certificates line by line, and watched absorption tests with a stopwatch in my hand. I learned that this industry runs on claims — one factory told me 'TCF' in one sentence and admitted ECF pulp in the next. Paper doesn't lie, so I stopped listening to adjectives and started collecting documents: FSC chain-of-custody numbers, lab absorption and rewet reports, the actual pulp inside the diaper.
Two finalists survived the audit. Factory A builds a premium TCF diaper on certified Scandinavian fluff pulp — totally chlorine-free by process, with the certificates to prove it. Factory B builds the benchmark style American moms already love most, with a core engineered for overnight dryness. On paper, both are excellent. In the lab, both pass. But no lab can tell me which one keeps a real baby dry at 3 a.m. — and that's the only test that matters.
So the last decision isn't mine. One hundred moms will receive both diapers in a plain white box — no logo, no story, nothing to be loyal to — and test them on real nights. Their votes choose the factory that becomes Beamama. 'Chosen by real moms' isn't our slogan. It's the literal process. If you're one of the 100, you're not reviewing a product — you're deciding what my baby, and 500 founding families' babies, will wear.
How it works
Step 1
A plain white box arrives — no logo, no brand. Inside: Diaper A and Diaper B in sealed, unbranded, factory-made pouches, plus a handwritten note.
Step 2
Six real nights — three with A, three with B. Overnight dryness is the test that matters.
Step 3
A brutally honest 3-minute form (scan the QR in the box). Your votes decide which factory becomes Beamama.
What you get
- All test diapers free — you pay nothing, ever.
- Your name on the Founders Wall at launch.
- Founder price locked for 12 months when we launch.
- Complete the test and you earn priority claim on a Founding Mom spot — first in line for one of the 500, before the public.
Your part
Being a tester is a real job — an important one. Here is exactly what we ask of the 100:
- Test both diapers on real nights — three nights with A, three with B. Overnight dryness is the test that matters, not a quick daytime try-on.
- Answer the 3-minute feedback form honestly — dryness, leaks, rash, fit, softness. If it leaked, say it leaked. We can only fix what we hear.
- Post your honest opinion on your socials, showing the diaper — good or bad. No script, no talking points, nothing to sell. Your real verdict is the whole point: 500 families will decide based on what you say.
Apply to be a Founding Tester
Round 1 tests Size M (≈ US size 3, ~13–28 lbs) only. Baby in another size — or still on the way? Apply anyway: you get priority for Round 2 and first claim on a Founding Mom spot.
Questions
When do boxes ship?
After the 100 testers are selected — boxes ship in December.
What sizes?
Round 1 tests Size M only (≈ US size 3, ~13–28 lbs) — one size, tested deeply, beats five sizes tested thin. If your baby wears another size, or you're still expecting, apply anyway: you'll get priority for Round 2 and first claim on a Founding Mom spot.
Who can apply?
Moms in the US with a baby in diapers, or expecting. US shipping only.
Does it cost anything?
No. Testers pay nothing and keep the diapers.
How do the diapers arrive?
In sealed, unbranded pouches labeled only A or B — factory-sealed hygiene, zero branding, so your verdict is about the diaper, not the marketing.
Do I have to post about it?
Yes — sharing your honest verdict on your socials, showing the diaper, is part of the job. But there is no script and no fake reviews, ever: good or bad, we want the truth, and so do you.
